Should you need to return or exchange your purchase, you have 14 days from receiving your order to email email@example.com to advise us of your intention.
Your purchase should be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period will only be accepted at the discretion of Little Equine Co staff. Unfortunately due to our shipping conditions, we cannot offer free returns.
Please ensure your items are returned new, unused, in their original packaging with all tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Our flexible returns policy is offered to make your online shopping experience easy. Little Equine Co. monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion.
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method or provided as a store credit with Little Equine Co. If your original payment method was with Afterpay, a 6% restocking charge will be levied on returns (but not exchanges or store credits). Shipping charges are not refundable and can take up to 10 working days to show in your account due to processing times between payment providers. We do not offer refund on sale items, but are happy to offer store credit or exchange on these items.
Shipping is not complimentary on exchanges. A flat rate of $10 will be charged to ship exchanged products.
Your privacy is important to us. Information provided to Little Equine Co. will be used only for the purposes of completing your order and we will not share or release any information except as necessary to fulfill your order.
The information you provide us may be used to communicate information about Little Equine Co., including promotions and product information. If you do not wish to receive information from us you can opt out at any time.

For Australia and New Zealand - we offer free shipping on orders over the value of $250, with express courier and next day delivery options available for a small additional charge. This can be organised by contacting us or notifying us when ordering.
Regular postage is a flat rate of $10. Your shipment will be dispatched from our storefront in the Adelaide Hills, South Australia within two working days from receipt of your order, unless a special order or item which needs to be ordered in.
All regular shipments are sent using the eParcel service with Australia Post. Once your parcel enters the Australia Post system, you will receive tracking notifications via email.
